Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Aurivault and explains what data the platform collects and how it is handled.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Data we collect

Account data you provide (name, email, password credentials), platform activity (deposits, investments, withdrawals, referrals), the wallet addresses you submit, and technical data such as IP address and device information used for security logging. Identity documents are collected only if you choose to complete optional KYC.

How we use it

To operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, calculate returns and referral commission, send transactional notifications, detect fraud and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, traffic is served over HTTPS, and privileged administrative actions are recorded in audit logs. Optional two-factor authentication is available on every account. No system is perfectly secure, so we also encourage strong, unique passwords.

Retention

Account and transaction records are retained for as long as your account is active and afterwards where required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Optional KYC documents are removed once the verification purpose has been served.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to protect sessions. No advertising trackers are used.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact support@aurivault.com to make a request.
